DISCUSS MINUTES of September 2, 2025, regular meeting.

BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Discuss August 2025 financial statement.

• Discuss a Resolution to authorize a Capital Outlay Note not to exceed two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) from the Tennessee Municipal Bond Fund to fund Phase I of the Bibb-White Bluff Nature Park.

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Discuss second and final reading an Ordinance amending Town of White Bluff Municipal Code Title 12 Building, Utility, Etc. Codes; Chapter 1 Codes Adopted by Reference; Section 12-101 Codes Adopted; downgrading the 2021 Edition of the International Energy Conservation Code to the 2018 Edition.

STREETS AND SIDEWALKS:

• Discuss Jackson St. culvert bids.

PARKS AND RECREATION:

• Discuss an Agreement to reimburse the Town up to two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) for the development of the Bibb-White Bluff Nature Park Phase I.
