• Discuss August 2024 financial statement.

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Discuss Resolution calling for public hearings on both the plan of services and annexation by owner consent for real property identified as Dickson County Tax Map 082, Parcel 036.04, located at 3027 Westcott Rd., White Bluff, TN 37187, in its entirety.

Discuss first reading Ordinance zoning Dickson County Tax Map 082, Parcel 036.04, located at 3027 Westcott Rd., White Bluff, TN 37187, to R-1 (Low-density Residential) in its entirety.

• Discuss Resolution calling for public hearings on both the plan of services and annexation by owner consent for real property identified as Dickson County Tax Map 096, Parcel 016.06, located at the terminus of Buckhorn Rd., White Bluff, TN 37187, in its entirety.

Discuss first reading Ordinance zoning Dickson County Tax Map 096, Parcel 016.06, located at the terminus of Buckhorn Rd., White Bluff, TN 37187, to R-1 (Low-density Residential) in its entirety.

• Discuss first reading Ordinance to rezone the R1 portion of Dickson County Tax Map 096, Parcel 100.24 (Jazz Center property) from R1 (Low-density Residential) to C2 (Highway Commercial).
