DISCUSS MINUTES of August 6, 2024, regular meeting.

BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Discuss July 2024 financial statement.

• Discuss second reading Ordinance to Adopt and Levy a Property Tax Rate. NOTE: A Public Hearing will precede this action at the Regular Meeting.

• Discuss bid for Electronic Sign at Town Hall.

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Discuss second reading Ordinance to revise Zoning Ordinance Article IV Supplementary Provisions Applying to Specific Districts, Section 4.010 Off-Street Parking Requirements. NOTE: A Public Hearing will precede this action at the Regular Meeting.

• Discuss second reading Ordinance to revise Zoning Ordinance Article II Definitions, Article III, by adding Section 3.140, Open Space Standards, and Article V, Residential Density, and Repealing any Ordinances or Parts of Ordinances in Conflict Herewith. NOTE: A Public Hearing will precede this action at the Regular Meeting.

• Discuss first reading Ordinance to rezone the following four (4) adjoining lots at the corner of White Bluff Rd. and Jordan Circle:
  • Map 099, Parcel 009.42 (White Bluff Rd.);
  • Map 099B, Group A, Parcel 038.00 (Jordan Cr.);
  • Map 099B, Group A, Parcel 040.00 (1200 White Bluff Rd.);
  • Map 099B, Group A, Parcel 039.00 (Jordan Cr.)

from R1 (Low-density Residential) to R2 (Medium-density Residential).

PUBLIC SAFETY:

• NOTE: Police Officer Austin Wilson will be sworn in at the Regular Meeting.

• Discuss procedure to change road names.

• On-Street parking discussion.
