DISCUSS MINUTES of June 4, 2024, regular meeting.

BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Discuss May 2024 financial statement.

• Discuss second and final reading Amendment of current (fiscal year 2023-2024) Town of White Bluff Budget. A Public Hearing will proceed this action at the regular meeting.

• Discuss second and final reading Town of White Bluff Budget for fiscal year 2024-2025 (new budget). A Public Hearing will proceed this action at the regular meeting.

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Discuss second and final reading rezoning request for Map 096J, Group A, Parcel 012.00 (1022 Taylor Town Rd.) from C-1 (Central Business District to R-2 (Medium-density Residential). A Public Hearing will proceed this action at the regular meeting.

• Discuss second and final reading Zoning Ordinance revision regarding Woodland Protection. A Public Hearing will proceed this action at the regular meeting.

• Discuss second and final reading Zoning Ordinance revision regarding Access Management Minimum Standards. A Public Hearing will proceed this action at the regular meeting.

PUBLIC SAFETY:

STREETS AND SIDEWALKS:

• Discuss Resolution Endorsing the White Bluff Transportation Safety Action Plan.

• Discuss Offer of Irrevocable Dedication accepting the portion of Ellington Way from property line to property line of DG Market as a Town Street and accept maintenance bond of $20,380.50.

PARKS AND RECREATION:

• Discuss Bibb-White Bluff Nature Park Agreements with Mr. Richard Bibb, Kimley-Horn (landscape engineers) and Lyle Cook Martin (architect).

• Discuss the current zoning in the area immediately north of the Hwy 70 / Taylor Town Rd. intersection (this was requested to be added to the agenda during last month’s TC meeting.
