• Discuss April 2024 financial statement.

• Discuss first reading Amendment of current (fiscal year 2023-2024) Town of White Bluff Budget.

• Discuss Residential Trash-Pickup Bid.

• Discuss first reading Town of White Bluff Budget for fiscal year 2024-2025 (new budget).

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Discuss first reading rezoning request for Map 096J, Group A, Parcel 012.00 (1022 Taylor Town Rd.) from C-1 (Central Business District to R-2 (Medium-density Residential).

• Discuss first reading Zoning Ordinance revision regarding Woodland Protection.

• Discuss first reading Zoning Ordinance revision regarding Access Management Minimum Standards.

PUBLIC SAFETY:

STREETS AND SIDEWALKS:

• Discuss Offer of Irrevocable Dedication accepting the Cherokee Dr. extension and Cherokee Ct. (Dillard Hills Estates, Section G) as Town Streets and maintenance bond of $21,000.00.
