DISCUSS MINUTES of February 6, 2024, regular meeting.

BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Discuss January financial statement.

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Discuss on second and final reading an Ordinance to repeal and replace Article VI, Provisions Governing Planned Unit Development Districts, in its entirety, and to repeal and replace any Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith. NOTE: A Public Hearing will proceed this action at the regular meeting.

• Discuss amending “A Resolution of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee, to add Notice Requirements to Zoning and Rezoning Requests” regarding signage.

• Discuss requiring sprinkler systems for any construction involving shared walls.
