• Public Hearing on Ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning a portion of Map 82, Parcel 58.00, located at 3018 Westcott Road from the C2 (Highway Commercial) Zoning District to the R1 (Low-Density Residential) Zoning District.
• Consider on second and final reading an Ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning a portion of Map 82, Parcel 58.00, located at 3018 Westcott Road from the C2 (Highway Commercial) Zoning District to the R1 (Low-Density Residential) Zoning District.
• Consider on first reading an Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee by amending Article III, Section 3.120, Article IV, and Article V, Sections 5.062.1 thru 5.062.3, and 5.070 to wit, regarding Mixed Use Developments.
• Consider on first reading an Ordinance to amend the White Bluff Municipal Zoning Ordinance by amending Article IV, Section 4.030, Subsection F to allow for the temporary sale of fireworks in Commercial Districts.
