• Consider RFP’s for Collection Agency Services for White Bluff General Sessions Court

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Consider on first reading an Ordinance to Amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning Map 096I, Parcel 014.00, located at 440 Church St., from the R-3 (High-Density Residential) to the C-2 (Highway Commercial) Zoning District.

• Consider on first reading an Ordinance to Amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning a portion of Map 096, Parcel 004.02, located at 1110 Old Charlotte Rd., from the R-3 (High-Density Residential) to the C-2 (Highway Commercial) Zoning District.

• Consider on first reading an Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Ordinance for the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee by Amending Article II Definitions, Section 2.020 Definitions and Article V Zoning Districts, Section 5.060 Specific District Regulations, Subsection 5.061.1 R-2, Medium-Density Residential District.
