GRIEVANCES FROM CITIZENS

COMMUNICATION FROM THE MAYOR:

• Town of White Bluff Community Mobility Plan presentation by the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) and The Corradino Group.
• Consider Resolution to adopt the Town of White Bluff Community Mobility Plan.

BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Consider Resolution to adopt the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee Compensation Program Administrative Policy.

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Public Hearing on Ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning Map 81, Parcel 076.01, located at 1397 Taylor Town Road, from the R-1 (Light-Density Residential) Zoning District to the R-2 (Medium-Density Residential) Zoning District.
• Consider on second and final reading an Ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning Map 81, Parcel 076.01, located at 1397 Taylor Town Road, from the R-1 (Light-Density Residential) Zoning District to the R-2 (Medium-Density Residential) Zoning District.

• Public Hearing on Ordinance amending Town of White Bluff Municipal Code Title 12, Chapter 1 Section 12-101 adopting the 2018 edition of the International Building Codes.
• Consider on second and final reading an Ordinance amending Town of White Bluff Municipal Code Title 12, Chapter 1 Section 12-101 adopting the 2018 edition of the International Building Codes.

• Consider on first reading an Ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning Map 96, Parcel 019.00 and a portion of Parcel 028.01, located on Hwy 47N at School Road and Taylor Town Road, from the R-1 (Light-Density Residential) Zoning District and R-2 (Medium-Density Residential to the C-2 (Highway Commercial) Zoning District.
