COMMUNICATION FROM THE MAYOR:

BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Review August 2025 financial statement.

• Consider a Resolution of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee, authorizing the issuance of interest-bearing Nature Park Phase I Capital Outlay Notes, Series 2025, in an Amount not to exceed $2,000,000.00 and providing for the payment of said notes.

• Consider on second and final reading an Ordinance amending Town of White Bluff Municipal Code Title 12 Building, Utility, Etc. Codes; Chapter 1 Codes Adopted by Reference; Section 12-101 Codes Adopted; downgrading the 2021 Edition of the International Energy Conservation Code to the 2018 Edition.

PUBLIC SAFETY:

STREETS AND SIDEWALKS:

• Consider Jackson St. culvert bids.

PARKS AND RECREATION:

• Consider an Agreement to reimburse the Town up to two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) for the development of the Bibb-White Bluff Nature Park Phase I.
