PUBLIC HEARINGS:

• Public Hearing before second and final reading of an Ordinance of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee Amending Budget Ordinance No. 495 for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2025, and Ending June 30, 2026.

COMMUNICATION FROM THE MAYOR:

• Swear in Police Officer Tim Birdsong.

• Accept donation from GFWC Woman’s Club for the Fields of Dreams and discuss club work weekend on September 12-13.

BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Review July 2025 financial statement.

• Consider on second and final reading an Ordinance of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee Amending Budget Ordinance No. 495 for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2025, and Ending June 30, 2026.

• Consider on first reading an Ordinance amending Town of White Bluff Municipal Code Title 12 Building, Utility, Etc. Codes; Chapter 1 Codes Adopted by Reference; Section 12-101 Codes Adopted; downgrading the 2021 Edition of the International Energy Conservation Code to the 2018 Edition.

STREETS AND SIDEWALKS:

• Consider on second and final reading an Ordinance to Close a Portion of Old Hwy 70-2.

• Consider on first reading an Ordinance establishing Seidov-Cobb Way (Maple Hills Development in the Greenfield Ridge Subdivision) a one-way street.

PARKS AND RECREATION:

• Consider a Resolution to retain Administrative and Engineering Services for the 2025 Local Parks and Recreation Fund (LPRF) Grant – Bibb-White Bluff Nature Park Phase II.
