• Public Hearing before the second and final reading of an Ordinance amending the fiscal year 2024-2025 Town of White Bluff budget (current budget).

• Review April 2025 financial statement.

• Consider on second and final reading an Ordinance Amending the fiscal year 2024-2025 Town of White Bluff budget (current budget).

• Consider on first reading an Ordinance establishing a Town of White Bluff Budget for fiscal year 2025-2026 (new budget).

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Consider on first reading Rezoning of Map 095 Parcel 053.00 (previous 70@ Church project location) from R-3 PUD (High-density Residential Planned Unit Development) to C-2 (Highway Commercial).
