BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Public Hearing on Town of White Bluff budget for fiscal year 2021 – 2022.
• Consider on second and final reading Town of White Bluff budget (General Fund, State Street Aid and Drug Fund) for fiscal year 2021 – 2022.

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Public Hearing on Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee by amending Article V, Section 5.062.3 to wit, regarding the C-3, Office / Professional Services Commercial District.
• Consider on second and final reading an Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee by amending Article V, Section 5.062.3 to wit, regarding the C-3, Office / Professional Services Commercial District.

• Public Hearing on Ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning Map 96, Parcels 083.00 and 083.05, located at 255 Main Street and 204 E Railroad Street, respectively, from the I-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District to the R-3 (High-Density Residential) Zoning District.

• Consider on first reading an Ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning Map 81, Parcel 076.01, located at 1397 Taylor Town Road, from the R-1 (Light-Density Residential) Zoning District to the R-2 (Medium-Density Residential) Zoning District.

• Consider on first reading and Ordinance amending Town of White Bluff Municipal Code Title 12, Chapter 1 Section 12-101 adopting the 2018 edition of the International Building Codes.
