PUBLIC HEARINGS:
- Public hearing before second and final reading of an Ordinance amending the fiscal year 2023 – 2024 Town of White Bluff budget (current budget).
- Public hearing before second and final reading of the Town of White Bluff Budget for fiscal year 2024 – 2025 (new budget).
- Public hearing before second and final reading of an Ordinance to amend the Zoning Map of White Bluff by rezoning property located at Map 096J, Group A, Parcel 012.00 (1022 Taylor Town Rd.) from C-2 (Highway Commercial) to R-2 (Medium-density Residential). NOTE: Applicant has proposed the following self-imposed condition: If the parcel is rezoned as requested, it will be developed only as a single-family home.
- Public hearing before second and final reading of an Ordinance to Amend Article III, General Provisions, of the White Bluff Zoning Ordinance by Adding Section 3.130, Woodland Protection.
- Public hearing before second and final reading of an Ordinance to Amend Article III, Section 3.090, Access Control, of the White Bluff Zoning Ordinance by Adding Section (H), Access Management Minimum Standards.

- Review May 2024 financial statement.
- Consider on second and final reading an Ordinance amending the fiscal year 2023 – 2024 Town of White Bluff budget (current budget).

PARKS AND RECREATION:
- Consider Resolution approving Professional Contracts regarding the Town’s Nature Park.
