BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Review April 2024 financial statement.

• Consider on first reading Amendment of the fiscal year 2023 – 2024 Town of White Bluff budget (current budget).

• Consider Residential Trash Pick-up Bids and authorizing Mayor to enter into a contract.

• Consider on first reading the Town of White Bluff Budget for fiscal year 2024 – 2025 (new budget).

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Consider on first reading rezoning request for Map 096J, Group A, Parcel 012.00 (1022 Taylor Town Rd.) from C-1 (Central Business District to R-2 (Medium-density Residential). NOTE: Applicant has proposed the following self-imposed condition: If the parcel is rezoned as requested, it will be developed only as a single-family home.

• Consider on first reading Zoning Ordinance revision regarding Woodland Protection.

• Consider on first reading Zoning Ordinance revision regarding Access Management Minimum Standards.
