• Update on security cameras at Field of Dreams / White Bluff Community Center
• Town of White Bluff Independence Day Fireworks Show, Saturday, July 3^rd at 9:00pm., Downtown White Bluff

BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Consider on first reading Town of White Bluff budget (General Fund, State Street Aid and Drug Fund) for fiscal year 2021 – 2022.

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Consider Town of White Bluff Charter Amendments for ratification.

• Public Hearing on an Ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning a portion of Map 96, Parcel 126.01, located on Carriage Way at Dennie Bybee Blvd., to the R-3 PUD (High-density Residential Planned Unit Development) Zoning District and Preliminary Master Plan for the Cottages at Carriage Way Planned Unit Development.
• Consider on second and final reading an Ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning a portion of Map 96, Parcel 126.01, located on Carriage Way at Dennie Bybee Blvd., to the R-3 PUD (High-density Residential Planned Unit Development) Zoning District. Preliminary Master Plan for the Cottages at Carriage Way, 0 Carriage Way, is provided.

• Consider on second and final reading an Ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning Map 96, Parcel 26.00, located at 1255 Taylor Town Road, from the C-3 (Office / Professional Services Commercial) Zoning District to the R-1 (Low-density Residential) Zoning District.

• Public Hearing on an Ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning Map 95, Parcels 60.00, 62.00 and 63.00, located at 522 Et al Hatley Street, to the R-3 (High-density Residential) Zoning District.
• Consider on second and final reading an Ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning Map 95, Parcels 60.00, 62.00 and 63.00, located at 522 Et al Hatley Street, to the R-3 (High-density Residential) Zoning District.

• Public Hearing on an Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee by amending Article III, Section 3.120, Subpart E (new) to wit, regarding Site Plan Review Exceptions.
• Consider on second and final reading an Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee by amending Article III, Section 3.120, Subpart E (new) to wit, regarding Site Plan Review Exceptions.

• Consider on first reading an Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee by amending Article V, Section 5.062.3 to wit, regarding the C-3, Office / Professional Services Commercial District.

• Consider on first reading an Ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning Map 96, Parcels 083.00 and 083.05, located at 255 Main Street and 204 E Railroad Street, respectively, from the I-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District to the R-3 (High-Density Residential) Zoning District.

• Consider on first reading an Ordinance to amend the Municipal Code of Ordinances of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee, by amending Chapter 1 of Article 10, regarding restrictions for keeping livestock near a residence or business.
