COMMUNICATION FROM THE MAYOR:

• Update on security cameras at Field of Dreams.

BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Distribute Annual Audit report to the Council.

• Consider Comprehensive Plan in partnership with Dickson County, City of Dickson and the Town of Burns.

• Consider Residential Trash Pick-up bids

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Consider Town of White Bluff Charter Amendments for ratification.

• Public Hearing on Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee by amending Article III, Section 3.120, Article IV, and Article V, Sections 5.062.1 thru 5.062.3, and 5.070 to wit, regarding Mixed Use Developments.

• Consider on second and final reading an Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee by amending Article III, Section 3.120, Article IV, and Article V, Sections 5.062.1 thru 5.062.3, and 5.070 to wit, regarding Mixed Use Developments.

• Consider on second and final reading an Ordinance to amend the White Bluff Municipal Zoning Ordinance by amending Article IV, Section 4.030, Subsection F to allow for the temporary sale of fireworks in Commercial Districts.

• Consider on first reading an Ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning a portion of Map 96, Parcel 126.01, located on Carriage Way at Dennie Bybee Blvd., to the R-3 PUD (High-density Residential Planned Unit Development) Zoning District.

• Review Preliminary Master Plan for the Cottages at Carriage Way, 0 Carriage Way.

• Consider on first reading an Ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning Map 96, Parcel 26.00, located at 1255 Taylor Town Road, to the R-1 (Low-density Residential) Zoning District.

• Consider on first reading an Ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning Map 95, Parcels 60.00, 62.00 and 63.00, located at 522 Et al Hatley Street, to the R-3 (High-density Residential) Zoning District.

• Consider on first reading an Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee by amending Article III, Section 3.120, Subpart E (new) to wit, regarding Site Plan Review Exceptions.
