BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Consider on first reading the Town of White Bluff Budget for fiscal year 2022 – 2023

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Public Hearing on an Ordinance to Amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning Map 081, Parcel 072.00, located at 226 Pleasant View Rd., from the R-1 (Low-Density Residential) to the C-2 (Highway Commercial) Zoning District.
• Consider on second and final reading an Ordinance to Amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning Map 081, Parcel 072.00, located at 226 Pleasant View Rd., from the R-1 (Low-Density Residential) to the C-2 (Highway Commercial) Zoning District.

• Consider on second and final reading an Ordinance to Establish an Updated Occupational Safety and Health Program plan, devise rules and regulations, and to provide for a safety director and the implementation of such program plan.

• Consider on first reading an Ordinance to Amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning Map 095, Parcel 073.00, located at 4131 Hwy 70E, from the R-1 (Low-Density Residential) to the R-3 (High-density Residential) Zoning District.

• Consider a Resolution establishing a sign policy for property rezonings.
