• Public Hearing on an Ordinance to Amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee, by rezoning Map 096, Parcel 100.28, located on Hwy 70E, from the C2 (Highway Commercial) and I1 (Light Industrial) Zoning Districts to the R3-PUD (High-Density Residential Planned Unit Development) Zoning District and the Preliminary Master Plan for the proposed development.
• Consider on second and final reading an Ordinance to Amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee, by rezoning Map 096, Parcel 100.28, located on Hwy 70E, from the C2 (Highway Commercial) and I1 (Light Industrial) Zoning Districts to the R3-PUD (High-Density Residential Planned Unit Development) Zoning District and approve the Preliminary Master Plan for the proposed development.

• Consider on first reading an Ordinance to Amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning Map 096, Parcel 37.02, located at 1220 Taylor Town Road, from the R-1 (Low-Density Residential) to the R-3 (High-Density Residential) Zoning District.
