• Consider on first reading an Ordinance to Amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee, by rezoning Map 096, Parcel 100.28, located on Hwy 70E, from the C2 (Highway Commercial) and I1 (Light Industrial) Zoning Districts to the R3-PUD (High-Density Residential Planned Unit Development) Zoning District.
