Purpose of Meeting:

Agenda Items

·         Discuss Plan of Services and Traffic Assessment for real property proposed for annexation by owner consent. The proposed annexation is for property identified as Dickson County Tax Map 095, Parcel 072.00, located at Hwy 70E (across Hwy 70 from the previous Hog Heaven Restaurant location), White Bluff, TN 37187, in its entirety. NOTE: A Public Hearing will precede this action at the Regular Meeting.

·         Discuss R1 zoning for real property proposed for annexation by owner consent. The proposed annexation is for property identified as Dickson County Tax Map 095, Parcel 072.00, located at Hwy 70E (across Hwy 70 from the previous Hog Heaven Restaurant location), White Bluff, TN 37187, in its entirety.

·         Discuss Regulating Pattern Book (RPB) for proposed 70 @ Church V2 development

·         Discuss Policy to Approve new development road names.

·         Discuss an Ordinance to Amend Article III, Section 3.100, Accessory Structures, of the Town of White Bluff Zoning Ordinance, and to Repeal any Ordinance or Parts of an Ordinance in Conflict.

·         Discuss Offer of Irrevocable Dedication for Shells Way and Bell Circle in the Bell Forge Subdivision and establish one-year Maintenance Bond amount.
