Purpose of Meeting:

Agenda Items

·         Discuss a Resolution to Amend the Town of White Bluff Municipal Subdivision Regulations, and to repeal any Ordinances or Resolutions in conflict herewith. Note: A Public Hearing will proceed this action at the Regular Meeting.

·         Discuss proposed Traffic Study Guidelines as suggested by Town Council.

·         Discuss accepting Diane Loop (Bell Forge Subdivision) as a Town street, converting performance bond to a maintenance bond, and setting maintenance bond amount.

·         Discuss Revised Public Comment Policy
