·         Discuss Design Review for Katalyst Concepts, LLC, 130 Hwy 70E (Tax Map 096 Parcel 103.00), lot next to BH Electronics).

·         Discuss a Resolution recommending adoption of a Plan of Services related to the Annexation Request by Owner Consent for Tax Map 081, Parcel 77, located at 1389 Taylor Town Rd. (former James W. McNeil property). Owner is requesting R2 (Medium-density Residential) zoning.

·         Discuss a Resolution recommending amendment of the White Bluff Zoning Map by rezoning Tax Map 095, Parcel083.01, located at 4142 Hwy 70E, from C2 (Highway Commercial) and R1 (Low-Density Residential) to C2 (Highway Commercial) in its entirety.

·         Discuss and Ordinance to amend the Town’s Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) Ordinance
