· Discuss rezoning of Map 095, Parcels 094.02 and 053.00 (intersection of Hwy 70 and Church St.) from C2 (Highway Commercial) to R3 PUD (High-Density Residential Planned Unit Development) and Preliminary Master Plan. |

· Discuss a Resolution to Amend the White Bluff Subdivision Regulations reducing the distance between fire hydrants in new developments from 700’ to 500’. A Public Hearing will be conducted prior to this action at the Regular Planning Commission meeting. |

· Reminder of Training Opportunities to satisfy annual requirements for Planning Commission members |
