Purpose of Meeting:

Agenda Items

·         Consider Plan of Services and Traffic Assessment for real property proposed for annexation by owner consent. The proposed annexation is for property identified as Dickson County Tax Map 095, Parcel 072.00, located at Hwy 70E (across Hwy 70 from the previous Hog Heaven Restaurant location), White Bluff, TN 37187, in its entirety.

Consider R-1 (Low-density Residential) zoning for real property proposed for annexation by owner consent. The proposed annexation is for property identified as Dickson County Tax Map 095, Parcel 072.00, located at Hwy 70E (across Hwy 70 from the previous Hog Heaven Restaurant location), White Bluff, TN 37187, in its entirety.

·         Consider Regulating Pattern Book (RPB) for proposed 70 @ Church v2 development.

·         Consider approval process for new development road names.

·         Consider an Ordinance to Amend the Town of White Bluff Zoning Ordinance Article III, Section 3.100, Accessory Buildings, and to Repeal any Ordinance or Parts of an Ordinance in Conflict.

·         Consider Offer of Irrevocable Dedication for Shells Way and Bell Circle in the Bell Forge Subdivision and establish a one-year Maintenance Bond amount.
