Approve minutes of the July 9, 2024, Regular Planning Commission Meeting.

Public Hearing to be conducted before a Resolution to Amend Form 3 of the Appendix of the Town of White Bluff’s Subdivision Regulations, and to Repeal and Replace any Resolution or part of a Resolution in conflict herewith.

· Consider rezoning the following four (4) adjoining lots at the corner of White Bluff Rd. and Jordan Circle: o Map 099, Parcel 009.42 (White Bluff Rd.); o Map 099B, Group A, Parcel 038.00 (Jordan Cr.); o Map 099B, Group A, Parcel 040.00 (1200 White Bluff Rd.); o Map 099B, Group A, Parcel 039.00 (Jordan Cr.) from R1 (Low-density Residential) to R2 (Medius-density Residential). |

· Consider rezoning the following two (2) adjoining lots on Circle Dr. (behind the gas station at the intersection of Hwy 70 and White Bluff Rd.: o Map 096J Group A Parcel 002.00 (109 Circle Dr.); o Map 096J Group A Parcel 001.00 (115 Circle Dr.) from C2 (Highway Commercial) to R3 (High-density Residential).
