·         Consider an Ordinance of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee to Amend the White Bluff Zoning Map by rezoning Map 096, Parcel 100.23, located on Hwy 70, from a split zone of R1 (Low-density Residential) and I1 (Restrictive Industrial) to R1 (Low-density Residential), in its entirety.

·         Consider an Ordinance of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee to Amend the White Bluff Zoning Ordinance by requiring all newly annexed property to be zoned R1 (Low-density Residential) and to repeal any ordinance, or parts of an ordinance, in conflict herewith.
