Agenda Items

·         Consider rezoning of 1390 Taylor Town Rd. (Tax Map 081N, Group A, Parcel 003.00), from R-1 (Low-Density Residential) to R-2 (Medium-Density Residential).

·         Consider rezoning of Hwy 70 at Ellington Way (Map 096 Parcel 100.24) from I-1 (Light Industrial) to R-3 PUD (High-Density Residential Planned Unit Development), including Preliminary Master Plan.

·         Approval of 2022 Continuing Education Hours

·         Discuss possible moratorium on rezonings until an approved growth plan is in place
