PUBLIC COMMENT:

• Refer to Public Comment Sign-in Sheet

PURPOSE OF MEETING:

• Consider the Off-Premises Beer Permit Application for Dollar General Market, 102 Ellington Way, White Bluff, TN  37187 (Jazz Center location), Mae Demoss, applicant.

• Review any 2023 issues with on-premises and off-premises beer permits / license holders, verify that every permit holder has paid the privilege tax by the deadline, and, if there were any issues, set a hearing date and give notice to the permit holder(s).
