• Public Hearing before considering a Resolution of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee Annexing Territory by Owner Consent, Approving a Plan of Services and Establishing R-1 (Low-density Residential) zoning for real property identified as Dickson County Tax Map 095, Parcel 072.00, located at Hwy 70E (across Hwy 70E from the previous Hog Heaven Restaurant location), White Bluff, TN 37187, in its entirety.

COMMUNICATION FROM THE MAYOR:

• Consider a Resolution of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee Annexing Territory by Owner Consent and to Incorporate the same within the boundaries of the Town and to Approve a Plan of Services for real property identified as Dickson County Tax Map 095, Parcel 072.00, located at Hwy 70E (across Hwy 70E from the previous Hog Heaven Restaurant location), White Bluff, TN 37187, in its entirety.

Consider on second and final reading an Ordinance zoning Dickson County Tax Map 095, Parcel 072.00, located at Hwy 70E (across Hwy 70E from the previous Hog Heaven Restaurant location), White Bluff, TN 37187, to R-1 (Low-density Residential) in its entirety.

• Consider on second and final reading an Ordinance amending the Town of White Bluff Municipal Code Title 12 Building, Utility Etc., Codes; Chapter 1 Codes Adopted by Reference; Section 12-102 Modifications regarding Sprinkler Requirements for Residential Structures with shared walls.

• Consider on first reading an Ordinance to Amend the Town of White Bluff Zoning Map by rezoning Map 096I Group A Parcel 023.04 (Mann’s Produce on Hwy 70E) from C-2 (Highway Commercial) to C-1 (Central Business District).
