·         Discuss Plan of Services for real property proposed for annexation by owner consent. The proposed annexation is for property identified as Dickson County Tax Map 082, Parcel 036.04, located at 3027 Westcott Rd., White Bluff, TN 37187, in its entirety. NOTE: A Public Hearing will precede this action at the Regular Meeting.

·         Discuss Plan of Services for real property proposed for annexation by owner consent. The proposed annexation is for property identified as Dickson County Tax Map 096, Parcel 016.06, located at the terminus of Buckhorn Rd., White Bluff, TN 37187, in its entirety. NOTE: A Public Hearing will precede this action at the Regular Meeting.

·         Discuss Plan of Services for real property proposed for annexation by owner consent. The proposed annexation is for property identified as Dickson County Tax Map 095, Parcel 072.00, located at Hwy 70E (across Hwy 70 from the previous Hog Heaven Restaurant location), White Bluff, TN 37187, in its entirety. NOTE: A Public Hearing will precede this action at the Regular Meeting.

·         Discuss rezoning R1 portion of Map 096, Parcel 100.24 (Jazz Center property) to C2.
