DISCUSS MINUTES of May 2, 2023, regular meeting.

PUBLIC COMMENT:

• Mike McArdle to address the Council during the Regular Meeting regarding Light Industrial Zoning.

BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Discuss for first reading consideration of an Ordinance approving the Town of White Bluff budget for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023, and ending June 30, 2024.

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Discuss for second and final reading an Ordinance of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee to Amend the White Bluff Zoning Ordinance by requiring all newly annexed property to be zoned R-1 (Low-density Residential) and to repeal any ordinance, or parts of an ordinance in conflict, herewith. Note: A Public Hearing will be conducted on the topic before the final vote.

• Discuss for second and final reading an Ordinance of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee to Amend the White Bluff Zoning Map by rezoning Map 096, Parcel 100.23, located on Hwy 70, from a split zone of R-1 (Low-density Residential) and I-1 (Restrictive Industrial) to R-1 (Low-density Residential), in its entirety. Note: A Public Hearing will be conducted on the topic before the final vote.

• Discuss Resolution Adopting a Cybersecurity Policy
• Litter discussion prompted by the WJMS student’s presentation.
