• Swear in Police Officer Derek Levasseur.

• Attorney General Ray Crouch, Jr., 23^rd Judicial District, to address the Council.

BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Review June 2025 financial statement.

• Consider State of Tennessee Employees Deferred Compensation Plan and Trust – 457(b) – Resolution and Participating Employer Agreement and Authorize Mayor to enter into the Agreement.

• Consider State of Tennessee Deferred Compensation Plan II – 401(k) – Resolution and Participating Employer Agreement and Authorize Mayor to enter into the agreement.

• Consider an Ordinance of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee Amending Budget Ordinance No. 495 for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2025, and Ending June 30, 2026.
