CALL TO ORDER by Mayor Stephanie Murrell

DISCUSS MINUTES of April 1, 2025, regular meeting.

BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Discuss March 2025 financial statement.

• Discuss on first reading an Ordinance Amending the fiscal year 2024-2025 Town of White Bluff budget (current budget).

• Discuss on first reading the Town of White Bluff budget for fiscal year 2025-2026 (new budget).

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Discuss second and final reading Ordinance to Amend the Town of White Bluff Zoning Ordinance by Amending Article II: Definitions, Amending Article III: General Provisions, Section 3.100: Accessory Use Regulations, and adding Article IV: Supplementary Provisions Applying to Specific Districts, Section 4.120: Provisions for Conditional Use Accessory Dwelling Units. NOTE: A Public Hearing will precede this agenda item during the regular meeting.

PUBLIC SAFETY:

STREETS AND SIDEWALKS:

• Update on William Driver Lane in the Whitefield Estates subdivision.

• An Ordinance Establishing Jordan St. in White Bluff, Tennessee, as a One-Way Street.

• Discuss Offer of Irrevocable Dedication to accept Timber Crest Trail in the Timber Crest Subdivision as a Town Street.

• Discuss Street Light at 4521 Hwy 47E, Pole #151586.

PARKS AND RECREATION:

• Discuss changing Veterans Memorial Park walking track lights (3) and parking lot lights (3) to LED.

• Discuss a Resolution Delegating to the Friends of White Bluff, Inc. the Authority to Name Areas of the Bibb-White Bluff Nature Park and/or Interior and Exterior Rooms of the Nature Center.

OLD BUSINESS:

• Discuss Litter Clean-Up date.

• Discuss Commerce Advisory Committee members.

NEW BUSINESS:

• Discuss bids for Mowing Town-owned properties.

ADJOURNMENT

NOTE: There will be a Beer Board meeting to consider the off-premises consumption beer permit application for El Monte Market, LLC, at 6:45pm on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, before the Regular Town Council meeting.
