DISCUSS MINUTES of January 6, 2026, regular meeting.

BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Discuss December 2025 financial statement.

CODES AND PERMITS:

STREETS AND SIDEWALKS:

• Discuss on second and final reading an Ordinance of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee, reducing the speed limit on Timber Crest Trail (Timber Crest Subdivision, Hwy 47N) from 20 mph to 15mph and to allow for the installation of “No Parking” signs along Timber Crest Trail to restrict on-street parking.

• Discuss requesting the Planning Commission to consider an Amendment to the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee requiring Developers to install “No Parking on Street” signs for new developments.

• Discuss a new street light on Wakeman Dr. New street light to be located on new pole across the street and diagonal from existing pole #140294.

• Discuss traffic calming measures for Charlton St.

PARKS AND RECREATION:

• Discuss Interim Parks Manager Recommendation.

• Discuss Veterans Memorial Park.

NOTE 3: There will be a Presentation on the Urban Growth Boundary Process, a Public Hearing on the Proposed Urban Growth Boundary of White Bluff, Tennessee and a Council Vote on the Proposed Urban Growth Boundary of White Bluff, Tennessee during the Regular Town Council meeting.
