DISCUSS MINUTES of September 6, 2022, regular meeting.

BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Discuss a Resolution of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee, to approve a Capital Outlay Note not to exceed $100,000.00 for Street Department equipment.

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Discuss for second and final reading an Ordinance to Amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of White Bluff, by rezoning Map 099G, Parcels 026.00 and 027.00, located at 994 Jordan Circle, from the R-1 (Low-Density Residential) to the R-2 (Medium-Density Residential) Zoning District. PUBLIC HEARING to proceed this action at the regular Town Council meeting.

• Discuss for second and final reading an Ordinance of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee to Amend Title 5 of the Town of White Bluff’s Municipal Code by adding a new Chapter 7: Hotel
