DISCUSS MINUTES of October 7, 2025, regular meeting.

BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Discuss September 2025 financial statement.

• Discuss a resolution to add employee paid vision insurance to the Town’s benefit package.

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Discuss revised fee schedule for Codes Department.

PUBLIC SAFETY:

STREETS AND SIDEWALKS:

• Discuss Request for Qualifications (RFQs) for the Town’s Major Thoroughfare Plan.

PARKS AND RECREATION:

• Discuss town parks and Municipal Parks and Recreation Master Plan. (Council member Reed)

• Discuss proposed revisions to the current Parks Use Agreement and Concession Agreement. (Council member Kincaid)

• Discuss Town Organization Chart, current department heads and Mayor / Council Authority regarding department heads. (Council member Hill)

• Discuss Town street signs and highway signs. (Council member Glover)
