DISCUSS MINUTES of August 5, 2025, regular meeting.

BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Discuss July 2025 financial statement.

• Discuss Ordinance (second and final reading) of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee Amending Budget Ordinance No. 495 for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2025, and Ending June 30, 2026. NOTE: A Public Hearing will precede this agenda item during the Regular Meeting.

• Judicial Candidate Statements

• NOTE: Police Officer Tim Birdsong will be sworn in during the Regular Town Council meeting.

STREETS AND SIDEWALKS:

• Discuss Ordinance (second and final reading) to Close a Portion of Old Hwy 70-2.

• Discuss making Seidov-Cobb Way (Maple Hills Development in the Greenfield Ridge Subdivision) a one-way street.

PARKS AND RECREATION:

• Discuss a Resolution to retain Administrative and Engineering Services for the 2025 Local Parks and Recreation Fund (LPRF) Grant – Bibb-White Bluff Nature Park Phase II.
