• Discuss May 2025 financial statement.

• Discuss on second and final reading an Ordinance establishing a Town of White Bluff Budget for fiscal year 2025-2026 (new budget). NOTE: A Public Hearing will precede this action at the Regular Meeting.

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Discuss on second and final reading Rezoning of Map 095 Parcel 053.00 (previous 70@ Church project location) from R-3 PUD (High-density Residential Planned Unit Development) to C-2 (Highway Commercial).

• Discuss Commerce Advisory Committee members.

• Discuss on second and final reading an Ordinance to Establish an Updated Occupational Safety and Health Program Plan, Devise Rules and Regulations, and Provide for a Safety Director and the Implementation of such Program Plan.
