DISCUSS MINUTES of May 6, 2025, regular meeting.

BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Discuss April 2025 financial statement.

• Discuss on second and final reading an Ordinance Amending the fiscal year 2024-2025 Town of White Bluff budget (current budget). NOTE: A Public Hearing will precede this agenda item during the regular meeting.

• Discuss on first reading an Ordinance establishing a Town of White Bluff Budget for fiscal year 2025-2026 (new budget).

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Discuss on first reading Rezoning of Map 095 Parcel 053.00 (previous 70@ Church project location) from R-3 PUD (High-density Residential Planned Unit Development) to C-2 (Highway Commercial).

PUBLIC SAFETY:

STREETS AND SIDEWALKS:

• Discuss on second and final reading an Ordinance establishing Jordan St. in White Bluff, Tennessee, as a One-Way Street.

PARKS AND RECREATION:

• Discuss bids for Phase 1 of the Sidewalk / Greenway Project (McDonald’s to Hatley St.)

OLD BUSINESS:

• Discuss Commerce Advisory Committee members.

NEW BUSINESS:

• Discuss on first reading an Ordinance to Establish an Updated Occupational Safety and Health Program Plan, Devise Rules and Regulations, and Provide for a Safety Director and the Implementation of such Program Plan.
