• Discuss a Resolution Declaring Administrative Department Equipment as surplus.

• Discuss second and final reading Rezoning Request for DAWKS, LLC parcel, unaddressed Hwy 70 / Bell Circle (Map 096 Parcel 016.06) from R-1 (Low-density Residential) to R-3 (High-density Residential). NOTE: A Public Hearing will precede this agenda item during the regular meeting.
