DISCUSS MINUTES of January 7, 2025, regular meeting.

BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Discuss December 2024 financial statement.

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Discuss first reading rezoning request for US Trackwork, LLC parcel, Hwy 70 (Map 095 Parcel 072.00) from R-1 (Low-density Residential) to R-3 (High-density Residential).

• Discuss first reading amendment of White Bluff Zoning Ordinance Article IV: Supplementary Provisions Applying to Specific Districts, Section 4.070 Standards for Signs, Billboards, and Other Advertising Structures.

• Discuss Street Light for 1377 Taylor Town Rd. Pole #_________

NOTE: A Beer Board Meeting will proceed the Regular Town Council Meeting at 6:45pm. The purpose of the meeting will be:

• To review any 2024 issues with on-premises and off-premises beer permits / license holders, verify that every permit holder has paid the privilege tax by the deadline, and, if there are issues, to set a hearing date and give notice to the permit holder(s).
• Consider the on-premises beer permit for Top 10 Eatery, 4516 Hwy 70E, White Bluff, TN 37187.
• Consider the on-premises beer permit for Bryan’s Steakhouse, 2515 Hwy 47N, White Bluff, TN 37187.
