• Discuss a Resolution of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee, authorizing the use of Omnia State Contracts for Procurement Purposes.

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Discuss a Resolution of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee Annexing Territory by Owner Consent and to Incorporate the same within the boundaries of the Town and to Approve a Plan of Services for real property identified as Dickson County Tax Map 082, Parcel 036.04, located at 3027 Westcott Rd., White Bluff, TN 37187, in its entirety. NOTE: A Public Hearing will precede this action at the special-called meeting.

Discuss second and final reading Ordinance zoning Dickson County Tax Map 082, Parcel 036.04, located at 3027 Westcott Rd., White Bluff, TN 37187, to R-1 (Low-density Residential) in its entirety. NOTE: A Public Hearing will precede this action at the special-called meeting.

• Discuss Resolution calling for public hearings on both the plan of services and annexation by owner consent for real property identified as Dickson County Tax Map 095, Parcel 072.00, located at Hwy 70E (across Hwy 70 from the previous Hog Heaven Restaurant location), White Bluff, TN 37187, in its entirety.

• Discuss second and final reading Ordinance to rezone the R1 portion of Dickson County Tax Map 096, Parcel 100.24 (Jazz Center property) from R1 (Low-density Residential) to C2 (Highway Commercial). NOTE: A Public Hearing will precede this action at the special-called meeting.

• Discuss first reading Sprinkler Requirements for structures with shared walls.

• Discuss first reading Ordinance of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee to Repeal and Replace Title 14, Chapter 5: Stormwater Management Ordinance of the Town’s Municipal Code.

• Discuss first reading Ordinance to Amend the Town of White Bluff Zoning Ordinance Article III, Section 3.100, Accessory Structures, and Article V, Accessory Uses, and to repeal any Ordinance or parts of an Ordinance in Conflict.

• Discuss E911 Interlocal Agreement.

STREETS AND SIDEWALKS:

• Discuss second and final reading Ordinance to Amend the White Bluff Municipal Code Title 15: Motor Vehicles, Traffic and Parking, Chapter 6: Parking and Chapter 7: Enforcement, regarding On-Street Parking. NOTE: A Public Hearing will precede this action at the special-called meeting.

• Discuss Offer of Irrevocable Dedication to accept Shells Way and Bell Circle in the Bell Forge Subdivision as Town streets.
