• Discuss first reading Ordinance to revise Zoning Ordinance Article IV Supplementary Provisions Applying to Specific Districts, Section 4.010 Off-Street Parking Requirements.

• Discuss first reading Ordinance to revise Zoning Ordinance Article V Zoning Districts regarding Open Space Requirements, Residential Units per Acre, Setbacks and Height Requirements.

PUBLIC SAFETY:

• Discuss Rural Fire Service Fee Structure.

STREETS AND SIDEWALKS:

• Discuss Offer of Irrevocable Dedication accepting Seidov-Cobb Way in the Maple Hills section of Greenfield Ridge Subdivision and accept maintenance bond of $10,368.00.
