• Consider on first reading rezoning request for US Trackwork, LLC parcel, Hwy 70 (Map 095 Parcel 072.00) from R-1 (Low-density Residential) to R-3 (High-density Residential).

• Consider on first reading an Ordinance to Amend Article IV: Supplementary Provisions Applying to Specific Districts, Section 4.070 Standards for Signs, Billboards, and Other Advertising Structures, of the White Bluff Zoning Ordinance, and Repealing any Ordinances or Parts of Ordinances in Conflict Herewith.
