·         Consider a Resolution to Amend the White Bluff, Tennessee Subdivision Regulations by Removing Section (D) Public Use and Service Areas from Article III, General Requirements and Minimum Standards of Design, and to Repeal any Resolution or Parts of Resolutions in Conflict Herewith.

·         Consider Amending the Town of White Bluff Zoning Ordinance by Amending Article II: Definitions, Amending Article III: General Provisions, Section 3.100: Accessory Use Regulations, and adding Article IV: Supplementary Provisions Applying to Specific Districts, Section 4.120: Provisions for Conditional Use Accessory Dwelling Units.
